Beetroot Spaghetti

• 1 package of pasta
• 4 beets
• 1 tablespoon of butter
• 4 tablespoons of goat cheese
• 1 teaspoon of salt

Peel and chop the beets and boil them in a little water. Meanwhile, leave a few beet slices and boil the pasta in the same water for 8-10 minutes. Reserve half a glass of pasta water. Cook the beets in 1 tablespoon of butter, stirring, for 5 minutes. Mix beetroot, pasta and half a glass of pasta water, then garnish with cheese and serve.
