Goat Cheese and Cherry Jam Ice Cream

• 30 gr walnuts
• 30 gr peanuts
• 300 gr meatballs
• 125 gr powdered sugar
• 3 eggs
• 1 lemon peel
• 1 orange peel
• 1 glass of cherry jam

Grate the peanuts and walnuts in the mixer and the lemon peels. The child will grow goat cheese. Whisk the egg white and powdered sugar in a separate bowl until frothy. Slowly add the eggs, which are hard enough to fall out of the beater white. Take it in a bowl and fill it with cherry juice. Refrigerate for 6 hours and serve.
